Shipping status

Shipping status depends on both Pixmig and the carrier.

Before dispatch, the order is in Pixmig’s production and packing flow. After dispatch, the carrier tracking page becomes the main source for live movement.

01

Before dispatch

The album may be in production, checking, personalization, or packing.

02

After dispatch

The carrier handles pickup, sorting, international movement, customs, and local delivery.

03

Delays

Delays may come from customs, holidays, weather, remote delivery areas, or carrier routing.

Carrier tracking

How to read carrier updates.

01

Label created

A shipment label may be created before the first movement scan. This does not always mean the package is already moving.

02

Accepted / picked up

The carrier has received or collected the package and tracking should begin updating through their network.

03

In transit

The package is moving between facilities, countries, customs, or local delivery points.

04

Exception / hold

The carrier may need address clarification, customs information, delivery rescheduling, or local pickup action.

Possible delays

Why a shipment may slow down.

  • customs or import review;
  • missing address or phone details;
  • local holidays or carrier workload;
  • weather or transport interruption;
  • remote delivery area routing;
  • recipient unavailable at delivery attempt.
What to do

Act fast if the carrier asks for information.

Carrier or customs requests should be answered quickly. If tracking shows a hold, exception, or unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the carrier or Pixmig with your tracking number.
