Pixmig uses DHL for international shipments. Each album is checked, protected, packed securely, and sent with tracking so your finished product arrives safely.

We inspect the finished album, then protect it with secure packaging. Wooden albums and boxes receive extra protection.
DHL dispatch
After dispatch, the shipment travels with DHL and tracking details are provided for international orders.
Shipping estimates
Typical international delivery times.
These are practical estimates after dispatch. Customs, remote locations, holidays, or courier delays may affect the final arrival date.
- Europe: allow up to 5 working days after dispatch. In our experience, many shipments arrive in around 1–2 working days.
- United States & Canada: allow approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch, although many shipments arrive faster.
- Rest of world: delivery varies by country and DHL coverage. Contact us before ordering for a destination-specific estimate, especially when a deadline is involved.
Damaged package?
If an item arrives broken, damaged, or unusable, contact us immediately with clear photos of the album, box, and outer packaging. If the damage is connected to delivery, we will review it quickly and arrange the right replacement or solution.
Important notes
- Shipping fees include handling, packing, and courier costs.
- Separate orders cannot always be combined after checkout.
- Albums are packed carefully, but fragile handmade products should be opened and inspected as soon as possible.
- For urgent gifts, weddings, anniversaries, or events, contact us before placing the order.
