Overview

A handmade custom album is reviewed differently from a mass-produced item.

Every Pixmig album is made for a specific order. Warranty review focuses on verified production defects, material/workmanship issues, or delivery damage. Customer choices, file quality, care, storage, and handling also matter.

01

Custom-made product

Album type, size, cover, personalization, photos, and order details are selected by the customer.

02

Issue review

Pixmig reviews the order details, photos, packaging, and reported issue before deciding the correct solution.

03

Care responsibility

Albums must be handled, stored, and cleaned properly after delivery to avoid preventable damage.

Mandatory rights This warranty page does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s country or region.
Coverage

What may be covered after review.

These issues may qualify for repair, replacement, partial refund, refund, or another fair solution depending on evidence and the specific order.

May be covered

  • verified production or workmanship defect;
  • wrong product, size, or option caused by Pixmig error;
  • clear binding, cover, or material failure not caused by misuse;
  • printing or production issue not caused by customer file quality;
  • delivery damage documented immediately with packaging photos;
  • lost shipment after carrier investigation confirms the issue.

Normally not covered

  • change of mind after production or delivery;
  • wrong size, cover, text, or option selected by the customer;
  • low-quality result caused by low-resolution or compressed customer files;
  • damage from water, moisture, heat, direct sunlight, pressure, bending, or scratches;
  • normal wear from handling and use;
  • small natural material variations such as wood grain, texture, or handmade finishing differences.
How to report

Send the right information before returning anything.

Do not return an album without contacting Pixmig first. A proper claim needs clear evidence, order information, and packaging details where relevant.

01

Keep everything

Keep the album, box, inner protection, labels, packaging, and all delivery materials until the case is reviewed.

02

Take clear photos

Photograph the outer package, inner packaging, and the exact issue on the album. Use good light and multiple angles.

03

Send order details

Include your order number, checkout email, delivery country, short explanation, and when the issue was noticed.

04

Wait for review

Pixmig will review the information and may ask for more photos, details, or carrier investigation before deciding the next step.

Possible solutions

The solution depends on the issue.

After review, Pixmig may choose the most appropriate solution based on the product, evidence, order status, defect type, and delivery details.

RepairUsed when a repair is practical and gives a good final result.
ReplacementUsed when the issue requires remaking part or all of the order.
Partial refundUsed when the issue is real but the album remains usable and a partial solution is fair.
RefundUsed only when the case requires it under the review result or applicable law.
Custom production Because albums are made to order, Pixmig may need to verify the issue carefully before any replacement, refund, or remake is approved.
Natural variations

Handmade does not mean every surface is identical.

Small handmade or material variations can be normal, especially with covers, textures, wood grain, surface finish, and manual assembly. These variations are part of a physical handmade product and are not automatically defects.

  • wood grain and tone can vary;
  • minor texture variation can occur;
  • screen color and printed color are not identical;
  • small material differences may appear between batches.
Care responsibility

Warranty works together with album care.

After delivery, album care matters. Damage caused by poor storage, liquid, heat, direct sun, bending, heavy pressure, scratching, or aggressive cleaning is normally considered handling or storage damage.

  • store in a dry indoor place;
  • avoid direct sunlight and heat;
  • clean only with a soft dry cloth;
  • keep the album in its box when not used.
FAQ

Warranty questions.

Is every issue automatically covered?

No. Pixmig reviews the order details, photos, packaging, customer files, product condition, and the reported issue before deciding whether it is covered.

What if the album arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging, photograph the outside box, inner packaging, and album damage, then contact Pixmig as soon as possible with the order details.

Are scratches after use covered?

Scratches, marks, bending, moisture, heat damage, pressure damage, and normal wear after use are usually not treated as production defects.

What if my photos printed soft or blurry?

If the softness comes from low-resolution, compressed, blurry, dark, or poor customer files, it is usually not considered a production defect.

Can I return the album if I changed my mind?

Because albums are custom-made, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted after production starts or after delivery.
