Partner rates are designed to make professional photographers' resale margins work when including albums in their client packages. To keep the program sustainable and meaningful, we limit it to working professional photographers with an active portfolio. The application takes 3 minutes and is reviewed within 2 business days.

We'll share specifics in your approval email — your rate depends on volume tier. Partner pricing is designed to support healthy resale margins for working studios, and applies across our entire album range (Wooden, Acrylic Cover, Pro, and Softcover). More active partners unlock additional volume tiers over time.

No — there's no quota, no annual minimum, and no fee to remain in the program. You order when your clients order. That said, more active partners unlock additional benefits like sample album credit and priority slots.

You'll receive a partner account login via email. When you log into the online editor with that account, your partner rates appear automatically in place of the public prices. Build the album, send it to your client for review, and order at your partner rate.

The partner price is tied to your account. Most photographers order on behalf of their clients — you design the album, charge the client at your studio's rate, and pay us the partner rate. The margin is yours. We can also discuss white-label setups for studios that want fully managed handoff.

We email everyone either way. If we can't approve right now — usually because the portfolio isn't yet at a professional level we can verify — we'll explain what would change that. You're always welcome to order at our public rates in the meantime and reapply later as your studio grows.
